The course list published on our website is not exhaustive so if you don’t see what you need here simply call or email for an informal chat, we can often work with you to design the training that you need or sometimes we can source the training that you need on your behalf and present you with a package of core skills training including our courses.

We will contact you to discuss your requirements and arrange dates.
We will then confirm your formal booking and send out an invoice, in the case of open courses we would require payment of the invoice 7 days prior to the course start date.
Large group bookings from companies can be easily made, in that case invoices would be sent out with payment terms agreed with the customer at the time.
Course bookings can be cancelled via telephone or email up to
7 days prior to the start date of the course. After 7 days, due to venue costs, full refund cannot be guaranteed. Where there has been no financial penalty to Essex Medical Training, for example
venue cost, it is possible for short notice refunds to be considered.
Deposits are generally non refundable, however special consdierations can be made on a case by case basis. Where a course is rescheduled by us, full refunds will be offered with deposits included. Where possible, deposits may also be carried forward onto another course in the event of rescheduling for delegates no longer able to attend.
Essex Medical Training will always endeavour to be flexible where the rescheduling of courses is concerned. This could include changes in individual circumstances where a delegate who has paid in full, is now unable to attend, being substituted onto a course being held at a later date. *Subject to availability.
