• Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) is a 1-day course covering life-saving basics.

EFAW suits low-risk workplaces, while FAW is better for high-risk environments like construction, care homes, or manufacturing.

Yes. FREC 3 is designed as an entry-level pre-hospital care qualification. You do not need any prior medical background. It’s suitable for those entering the ambulance service, event first aiders, or ex-military personnel. FREC 4 is the next step once you have FREC 3 certification.
