About Us
At Essex Medical Training, our teaching is based on real medical experience–our staff are not career trainers. Our first aid courses in Essex are delivered by professionals with intimate experience of first aid and emergency response, imparting real knowledge and confidence in the techniques.
How Our Courses Work
Our Essex first aid courses cover a range of different needs and levels of training. These can be conducted in group settings, and are very commonly utilised for staff training. Our first aid at work courses include:
- Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (& Refresher Course)
- Emergency First Aid at Work Level 2 QCF
We also provide 1 and 2-day training courses for mental health, as well as Paediatric First Aid. Our training and approach make our services perfectly suited to the requirements of all delegates, whether you are an individual seeking certification or a larger organisation seeking to meet compliance standards.
First Aid Course Prices
Open courses at our Battlesbridge training centre — price per person:
- Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day) — £120 + VAT (£144 inc VAT)
- First Aid at Work (3 days) — £195 + VAT (£234 inc VAT)
Group bookings — one fixed price for up to 12 staff, at your workplace or our training centre:
- Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day) — £675 + VAT
- First Aid at Work (3 days) — £1,875 + VAT
- Paediatric First Aid (2 days) — £1,195 + VAT
Group prices include certification for every learner, with a maximum of 12 learners per trainer — the awarding-body limit. A group booking costs less than individual places from 6 staff (Emergency First Aid at Work) or 10 staff (First Aid at Work). Paediatric First Aid is delivered as group bookings — ideal for nurseries and schools.
