Cancellations
Course bookings can be cancelled via telephone or email up to 7 days prior to the start date of the course. After 7 days, due to venue costs, full refund cannot be guaranteed. Where there has been no financial penalty to Essex Medical Training, for example venue cost, it is possible for short notice refunds to be considered.
Deposits are generally non refundable, however special considerations can be made on a case by case basis. Where a course is rescheduled by us, full refunds will be offered with deposits included. Where possible, deposits may also be carried forward onto another course in the event of rescheduling for delegates no longer able to attend.
Essex Medical Training will always endeavour to be flexible where the rescheduling of courses is concerned. This could include changes in individual circumstances where a delegate who has paid in full, is now unable to attend, being substituted onto a course being held at a later date. *Subject to availability. As part of our commitment to flexibility, we are able to offer weekend training to suit your needs at no extra cost.
